My 93 year old mother went to her carport and found a flat rear tire. I was out of town at the time. She has used Calhoun for years. She called them and they sent someone to change her tire out with the spare at no charge. She drove to the shop and purchased four new tires for $40.00 less than she had been quoted a month earlier. One hour later she was safe back home. That is old fashion customer service. These guys are great.
